Terms of Service

Last updated July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Measurble, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Planning estimates only

Measurble provides planning aids based on measurements, prices, assumptions, and waste factors you enter or select. Results are estimates, not professional engineering, architectural, financial, or code-compliance advice. Verify quantities, site conditions, local codes, permits, manufacturer requirements, and prices before purchasing or building.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Except where required by law, charges already paid are nonrefundable. We may change pricing with advance notice applicable to a future billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a manner that harms it, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of measurements, project details, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

7. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Measurble disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for purchasing decisions, construction outcomes, project delays, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of estimates.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the contact form on the Measurble homepage.
